Arpf's NEST conducted Sparrow March on occasion of World Sparrow Day! Various events such as Cyclothon, Walkthon and Bikethon were conducted as part of celebrations. Experts conducted Bird watching and Tree Talk sessions to educate students on importance of biodiversity and inter link between saving birds, trees and water.
Chief Guest for the event was Shri Jogu Ramanna garu, Hon. Minister for Environment and Forest, Govt of Telangana, Famous Actor Mr. Adnan Sajid "Gullu Dada", World Skating Champion Mr Anup Yama, Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy, IFS, CCF - WLM and rest forest officials.
Event saw a participation of more than 400 participants both students and professionals from various background.
