A workshop was conducted for the children and adults of the SROWA community. It aimed at developing the interest of the children in wildlife and its conservation. Activities such as bird watching , tiger pugmark tracing, snake awareness talk, bird conservation and walk through exotic migrants were conducted part of the event. Arpf would like to thank Dhiraj Kaveri for initiating such a wonderful educational session and all the speakers and leads for executing it so well.

A NEST workshop for Sparrow warriors and conservation enthusiast was conducted at Sainikpuri Community. Around 50 people were benefited from the awareness talk show.

Mega plant distribution and plantation was taken up by Green Warrior department of ARPF for a greener tomorrow initiative along with Telangana Forest Department.

World Sparrow Day was also celebrated and observed @ ARPF Indore and @ ARPF Vizag Branches respectively.

A NEST making workshop was conducted in the city as part of upcoming Sparrow March on 20th March. Workshop was conducted by Ms. Mariam Khan,  Lead - NEST project along with volunteers of ARPF. Around 30 participants tried their skills on NEST making.

As part of A2A activity, ARPF - Indore , Hyderabad teams celebrated World wetland day!
Education guided tours and talk shows were conducted as part of the event.

Flag hoisting at ARPF office was conducted on 26th January as part of Republic Day celebrations which also happens to be ARPF's Hyderabad Zoo Corps launch day.

HZC completed 5 years on 26th January 2016. As part of the anniversary celebration, All India Volunteer Meet (AIVM) was also held for volunteers from ARPF Hyderabad - Indore - Vizag.

Half a decade into Wildlife conservation, ARPF completed 5 years on 23rd January 2016. 

Annual General Body meeting and ARPF 5th Anniversary was celebrated on 24th January at Birla Planetorium. Guest list included Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Mr. Raghuveer Ponangi, IFS, Mr. Mallikarjuna Rao, IFS, Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy, IFS , ARPF Board members, Leads and volunteers from all branches on ARPF (Hyd, Indore, Vizag).

Our partners, supporting organizations, Best volunteers and leads were felicitated and ARPF half a decade service magazine was released as part of the event. 

Mr. Adnan Sajid Khan, famous cine actor also known as Gullu Dada was the guest of honour for the event.

We rang in into our year with rescues and surgeries. This cobra came in yesterday with his organs out open. Our team has ensured our best for this little guy!
Our fractured leg sauras is also doing well for now.
